This past weekend Dylan had her first "food", with said food consisting of her mother's milk and rice cereal. It is not what we would think of when discussing food, but she is still quite young and is taking baby-steps (get it? Funny, right? Anyone?) towards solids.

She had misgivings.
She didn't eat the food as much as she wore it.
Still happy.
Eating is a challenge, so she falls back on something she has mastered, thumb sucking.
